Compressed air analysis

Compressed air is taken for granted by many companies and is often regarded with a sense of; 'it will be ok'. The question whether this is the proper approach is an interesting one. Consequences of a bad compressed air quality are often underestimated.

How do you know that the filters are working properly and does the installed compressed air-dryer give the requested pressure dew point?

When a compressed air system does not produce the required compressed air quality this can result in unwanted situations:

  • Forming of corrosion in the pipe network due to an increased residue of dew
  • Shortened life expectancy for the filters and compressed air and adsorption dryers
  • Damaged final product
  • Loss of expensive production time as a result of polluted or damaged production machines
  • Loss of energy due to leakages
